The People Who Make Dahlia, Dahlia

Every classroom is led by credentialed, native-Spanish-speaking Montessori guides who know your child as a person — not a number on a roster.

Ms. Patricia “Patri” Casas

Lead Elementary Guide · Montessori-certified · Native Spanish speaker · B.A. Elementary Education, Universidad de Vigo

Dahlia’s very first elementary guide, Ms. Patri leads our Taller classroom with a gift for making every child feel deeply, individually known. With teaching experience in Spain, Ireland, and New York, she brings warmth, structure, and an unmistakable belief in every student she teaches. Families often say it best: she communicates, she cares, and she sees each child as exactly who they are.

Ms. Diana Nesca

Assistant Guide · AMI Montessori-certified · M.A. in Pedagogy · Ph.D. candidate, Child Development · From Spain

AMI Montessori-certified and a Ph.D. candidate in child development, Ms. Diana has taught across Spain, France, and the United States. She believes — and shows, every day — that a safe, nurturing environment is the foundation everything else is built on.

At Dahlia, guides learn each child’s rhythms, gifts, and the small things that make them who they are. That’s not an accident; it’s the whole design. When your child walks in the door, they’re not starting over each day in a sea of faces — they’re returning to people who already know them.

“More than teachers — a second family.”
